Pieces of YOUR Heart: where poetry & therapy become one

This is for

the healing,

not the healed.

This is where

poetry and therapy

become one.

Where the words

become a reflection

turning your eyes into I’s.

This for those

who want a safe space to

begin their healing journey.

This is for those

interested in therapy, who

struggle to find a therapist.

This is for you

the person who desires

to connect back to themselves.

even if it's just for a moment.
