Return & Sales Policy


All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been placed, shipped, or service provided.


However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly offer store credit or a replacement (when available).


Damages & Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kierra@literatureandlibations.com.


To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:


Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging


Once the issue is verified, we will issue store credit or a replacement item at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided.
Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
Sale items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized items
Perishable goods (food, beverages, plants, etc.)
Personal care items
Hazardous, flammable, or regulated materials


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved due to shipping damage, it will be processed by our team. Otherwise, customers may use issued store credit toward a future purchase.
European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)


If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 


Please note: Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued as store credit, except where EU law requires otherwise.
