Our Story

Not Your Average Bookstore.

Rooted in Literature. Driven by Culture. Built for Community.

Literature & Libations is a Black-owned mobile bookstore and literary experience founded in 2023 by Kierra Underwood. We center Black authors, literature, and culture while creating welcoming spaces for readers and community.

Black Stories Deserve Space.

From romance and fantasy to history, memoir, business, and art, Black literature is never just one genre. Our shelves celebrate the depth and diversity of Black storytelling.
